We offer a variety of apartment types which have been equipped to provide all the comforts of a home.
- All residential apartments have air-conditioning in bed-rooms and living-room and are fully furnished with beds, side tables, chest of drawers, study desk, iron/ironing board; kitchens are supplied with modern appliances (microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, and cooking pots and pans; living room is supplied with couch/couches, furniture, and a flat screen smart TV.
- All electrical outlets are 110V and cable TV is available in all apartments for a fee arranged with the local service provider (FLOW).
- Internet is available upon arrival for a fee by connecting your device to InstantNet Hotspot and creating an account which can be prepaid with a credit card.
- Each residential property has an automatic standby generator as well as a backup water storage supply system for times of outages in Government supplied electric and water. Each apartment is outfitted with an electric meter and water meter; utilities (electric and water) are billed to the tenant according to meter consumption.
- Some apartments are equipped with a washer and dryer inside; tenants in apartments that are not equipped with a washer and dryer inside can purchase laundry tokens to use the main laundry facility. Each property has a token operated laundry facility and tokens must be purchased directly from the property manager.
- Our residential leases include complimentary weekly housekeeping services.
- Linens such as sheets, pillows, and towels are not provided but may be purchased for a fee.
- Professional security guards are on duty on each property from 6pm-6am, 7 days a week.
- Properties are conveniently located near the airport and AUA and are on the AUA bus route. Other nearby places include reputable grocery stores (Epicurean & Island Provisions) and gas stations (Larry’s on Friars Hill Road & Dees Service Station on Old Parham Road).
